Shipping policy
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Normal delivery and transit is 3-5 business days (excluding holidays, weekends, closed business hours). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
- You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order has shipped. Once delivery confirmation becomes available, LUX LENS is not responsible for any returned, lost, held, or damaged packages. LUX LENS is not responsible for incorrect shipping info or for mis-delivery errors via carrier.
- Shipping is a service you purchase from (USPS/UPS/FedEx) along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by (USPS/UPS/FedEx). In case your shipment is returned, lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible to file a claim with (USPS/UPS/FedEx).
- We do NOT ship internationally.
